Teacher education refers to the terms like provisions, procedures and the policies for designing the prospective teachers. The teachers who have the knowledge, skills, attitude, they have to continue this type of behavior in classroom and schools effectively. The professionals who get engaged with this activity is called as Teacher Education. Actually, the teacher education is in the hands of universities, The state doesn’t have direct control, whatever or however the new teachers are teaching. Such teachers taught the students using teaching methods and it is inappropriate. In other systems, the Teacher Education leads to a detailed prescription. The process where teachers are educated is the subject of political discussion, reflect the value attached by both societies and cultures for the preparation of young people in the life. - Consecutive model.

In concurrent model students simultaneously studies both one or more academic subjects, leading to combined with bachelor’s degree and teaching credential to qualify as a teacher of that subject.
2. Consecutive model
In a Consecutive model, Teachers first obtain the qualification of both one or more subjects and studies for the further additional qualification.
Peace Education is the process of acquiring the behavior, skills and developing the attitudes with Harmony to live with oneself, other and the natural environment. The philosophy of Peace Education has been assumed but not articulated. In 1975 there was no philosophy of peace education existed and there was clearly an urgent philosophy of the peace education. Joachim James Calleja suggested then the philosophy of the peace education might be located.

The likelihood of societies resolving the conflict through violence and the war decreases. Thus the program of this kind attempt to foster a conflict-positive in the community by the training students to view conflict as a platform for creativity.
Human rights education.
Peace Education programs centered on raising the awareness of human rights typically focus on the levels of policies That humanity adopts in order to get closer to a peaceful global community. The individual members of the human race exercise their personal freedoms that can be protected from violence. Human Rights Education does not work in communities with conflict unless it becomes the part of the comprehensive approach. Actually, the fact is, such education can be counterproductive to greater conflict, thus the human rights education can increase the potential for conflict.
In Peace Education, some approaches start from insights gleaned from the psychology which recognizes the human psychosocial dispositions from developmental nature. While promoting the conflict attitudes and behavior of earlier phases of human development and the behaviors emerge in later phases of healthy development. Peace Education must focus on healthy development and maturation of human through assisting the people to examine and transform their worldviews. The conflict based worldviews are subdivided into main categories which correlate to phrases of human development. The two worldviews are Survival-based worldview and identity-based worldview. It is through the acquisition of a more integrative, and is increased in the home, at schools, and at the work, or at the international community.
